Often projects begin with a Trace 700 or Trane System Analyzer computer study to evaluate alternative products and air conditioning systems based on actual project economics, local energy costs and job-specific, long term life-cycle costs (many consulting engineers offer such studies as an added service at a modest cost). Several of Trane Sales Engineers are LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) qualified and familiar with how best to position your project to earn the desired LEED Certified Level recognizing it as an energy efficient and environmental friendly facility.

Once an HVAC system has been selected, we can help with product selection, unit scheduling, controls strategy and pricing. After the project is bid and awarded, Tozour-Trane staff will work with the installing contractor to insure things at the jobsite go well, that the equipment is properly checked out at start up and that space comfort is delivered as planned.
