In the beginning, our purpose was primarily focused on the sale of HVAC commercial equipment. Today, we provide Integrated Comfort Systems -- systems designed to exceed your expectations of quality, reliability, efficiency and comfort.

From 4,000-ton water chillers to custom air handlers to variable air volume terminals to EarthWise™ systems, Trane has the right equipment and application for any kind of commercial or industrial job, in any climate, any situation, anywhere in the world.

And more importantly, as Trane's OEM representative for Philadelphia, Tozour-Trane has the knowledge and people to turn that equipment into a reliable, smoothly functioning, energy efficient HVAC system that meets or exceeds your expectations.

Our highly trained sales engineers take you through the entire process. From planning and specifications, including energy analysis, to the purchase and installation of your HVAC systems, your project is managed with a level of consistency that is unparalleled in the HVAC industry.

How do we know? Because our engineers are required to complete a rigorous six-month graduate engineering program at Trane corporate headquarters in La Crosse, Wisconsin. There, they learn to apply their technical expertise to better serve your HVAC needs.

If you are an owner, consulting engineer, servicer or mechanical contractor our staff of highly trained graduate engineers and support personnel are available to help with your HVAC system.

Often projects begin with a Trace 700 or Trane System Analyzer computer study to evaluate alternative products and air conditioning systems based on actual project economics, local energy costs and job-specific, long term life-cycle costs (many consulting engineers offer such studies as an added service at a modest cost). Several of Trane Sales Engineers are LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) qualified and familiar with how best to position your project to earn the desired LEED Certified Level recognizing it as an energy efficient and environmental friendly facility.

Once an HVAC system has been selected, we can help with product selection, unit scheduling, controls strategy and pricing. After the project is bid and awarded, Tozour-Trane staff will work with the installing contractor to insure things at the jobsite go well, that the equipment is properly checked out at start up and that space comfort is delivered as planned.
