Energy Assessments

This program identifies capital-intensive ECOs, their associated paybacks, and carbon emissions reduction. These projects consist of equipment upgrades and/or replacements and alternative technologies (solar, wind). Again, as you implement ECOs, the Energy Star, and EUI ratings will enable a before and after comparison to ensure their effectiveness.

Our engineering team will use one of the industry-leading, energy-modeling programs, TRACE to simulate existing and future facility operating conditions and scenarios. These analyses will help determine what equipment selections provide the most measurable value (energy, CO2 reductions, costs, comfort, reliability, and the like) from a component and system perspective.
